Apparently, the police would find out that Sandy wasn’t his first victim. In fact, Kenny had a ‘history of threatening violence against woman.’ Unfortunately, these details of his prior ‘assaults’ were not shared due to the ongoing case against Kenny as they could be used during the actual trial for his crimes.

Going To Trial

During the actual trial, Kenny, who had turned 21 already by that time, was found guilty for his crimes against Sandy Archery. Plus, there was another charge added to his case for invasion of privacy, which hadn’t been part of the initial charges brought against him during his arrest.
