He Cannot Contact The Archery Family

Despite Kenny Wayne Oliver attempting to plead with the judge for leniency in his sentencing, the judge did not budge and he stuck to the recommended sentence requested by the prosecution. And aside from his years in jail, he was also ordered to have zero contact with anyone in the Archery family upon his parole.

How The Archery’s Are Coping

Since the attack, Sandy and her children have tried to move on with their lives in the best way they can. And while they may never truly rest easy after the traumatic events that took place that day in August of 2016, they can at least have peace in knowing that not only is Kenny locked up for the next 30 years, but that he’s also not allowed to get in touch with them, ever again.
