13. Trump International Hotel and Tower, Waikiki Beach
This condo-hotel located in Honolulu, Hawaii is 350-feet tall, holds a total of 462 guestrooms and is one of the first ultra-luxurious properties in the island state.
Some of the luxurious amenities of the tower include a spa-dining space, a fitness center, and a library. In 2006, three years before the completion of this project, all 462 units were pre-sold in one day for a total of US$700 million.
