8.Trump International Hotel Washington, D.C
In 2013, the Old Post Office Pavilion was leased for 60 years by the U.S. General Services Administration to a consortium headed by “DJT Holdings LLC”, a holding company owned by Donald J. Trump.
The property was developed into a luxury hotel which opened in September 2016. Since then, the building has hosted numerous meetings of diplomats from around the world and other opulent events.
