15. Trump International Hotel & Tower, Panama City
This US$400-million, 70-story high building which is shaped like a ship’s sail was designed by Colombian firm Arias Serna Saravia.
It includes 369 hotel rooms and 700 condominium units, 1,500 parking spaces, retail shops, a casino and a private beach club among other luxurious amenities.
