Hellish Nightmares

Other times during her therapy, Beth explained that she was having a dream, but this dream was really a nightmare. She shares that ‘she dreamt of a man falling on her and then hurting her with “a part of himself.” Aside from her behavior, her drawings and her other stories, they would not without a doubt that she had suffered a great deal at the hands of her dad.

Slowly Making Progress

It was said that her time in the care of her therapist, Beth would make progress. She had many strict rules and reinforcements, but after a year, things began to take a shift and Beth began feeling remorse for her actions. When she realized the horrible things she had done and said, especially to her younger brother, she was so regretful, she wept.
