Jeffrey Dahmer was born on May 21, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His parents, Lionel Herbert Dahmer and Joyce Annettte Flint, were a seemingly happy couple in the beginning, and joyous about the birth of their first son. And while Lionel was still studying to earn his degree in chemistry, Joyce was working as a teletype machine instructor. It felt like a happy start for the young family, but soon things would begin to unravel.
