An unlikely partnership
Hilbert and Popov were unlikely allies in an operation that they called Ant City. The Ukrainian worked under a new identity and penetrated the underground world of cyber space. He operated under the pretense of a scammer who was out to buy stolen credit cards from other cyber thieves. Hilbert, on the other hand, worked with credit card companies to identify the source of their money loss.
