Not What They Were Expecting
Usually, inside regular caves, formations of stalactites and stalagmites are seen everywhere. Stalactites are icicle-looking formations that happen when water that drips from the ceiling, making shafts that drop down from above and have pointy tips. Stalagmites, on the other hand, look just like stalactites but come from the floor, where water has dropped, causing cone-like shapes to form, but usually more rounded on the tips.
