Getting The Word Out
Like most missing persons’ cases, Kara’s folks new that they needed to get Kara’s face and story out to the public. They begged for anyone, anywhere, to send in tips or clues of her possible location. One of the last known photos of Kara was a selfie she had taken, which showed her wearing a matching necklace and bracelet. Her mom Rhonda, sent this picture out, hoping that the unique set might help someone distinguish her somewhere.
