Although Kara had been dating Kylr for a while, on April 30, 2007, she decided to put out a restraining order on Yust for his disturbing habits. Apparently, she had reported to authorities that Kylr had ‘kidnapped, restrained, one month ago choked me, December 6 had a knife and said “I’m going to slit your f—- throat.”’ Considering this wasn’t considered normal behavior for most teens, his scary demeanor was confirmed by others who had also attested that Yust had actually ‘kidnapped’ her from work before.
