Asking For Forgiveness
The entire world was still in shock over the news that Natasha was not actually dead. She knew the pain she had caused her family, especially her mom, and had begged forgiveness. In one of her first interviews after her reappearance, she addressed her mother, “I’m sorry, Mum, so sorry for what I’ve done. Will you please forgive me.” She even explained that, every day she was gone, she would always ‘think about turning herself in.’ She continues, “So many times I telephoned my mum, but when I heard her voice, I put down the phone. I couldn’t find the courage to speak.”
