Supposedly Thinking She Was Pregnant
Natasha had confided in her guidance counselor in school that she thought she was pregnant. She had already had her period for a considerable amount of time and she had never missed one. But it would seem that when she did, she assumed that she was 6-weeks pregnant. Although there was no proof that this was the reason that she chose to run away, there were a lot of questions raised when people found out about it.
