When Natasha went missing, it was during the time that there were a number of rapes and murders committed by Leonard John Fraser. He was also known as the Rockhampton Rapist. Not only was he Queensland’s first serial killer, he had been caught for the murder of 3 separate women, as well as for that of a 9-year-old girl, Keyra Steinhardt. Living most of his life in and out of jail, during the times that he was not behind bars, he was ruthlessly raping and murdering different women and girls in the Rockhampton area.
