Peter Chapman, A Man With A Past
Chapman was born in Stockton-on-Tees in England, and later raised by his grandparents in Hardwick. According to a former classmate, Andy Bradshaw, “His mam and dad seemed all right. He had a sister and a brother. They were quite poor.” And in their days in school together, Bradshaw shares, “We were in the same year. I remember he had behavioral problems and got expelled a few times.”
