He Was Finally Caught
The police took him in for questioning and found him guilty of two counts of rape and kidnapping. He was charged and sentenced to 7 years in prison, being put on the sex offender list, as well as being called a ‘danger to woman.’ But like many other sex offenders all over the world, Chapman was given early parole and was allowed to be free to roam the city streets, where he would go and strike again in 2001.
