Amelanotic and Desmoplastic Melanomas
These 2 similar and rare forms may be aggressive and difficult to diagnose. Desmoplastic melanoma affect the elderly, and can be seen in their necks and heads. Amelanotic melanoma is extremely difficult to spot as it has no pigment.
