Built ‘On Spec’

It’s been reported that Makowsky built this house ‘on spec,’ which basically means that he created, designed, planned and pursued his dream of the house regardless of having a ready buyer or not. Not only did he not scrimp on anything while building, the entire endeavor actually took over 300 workers and 4 years to accomplish. And what an achievement he’s forged.

Truly A Residence Unlike Any Other

The developer and designer goes on to further explain that most of the exterior of the house was built with giant sliding doors, that way they can be opened to make it feel like one huge space. The master’s room even had a wraparound Jacuzzi on the balcony, has an unparalleled view of the City of Angels. Makowsky goes on to say, “It just reeks of quality and looks absolutely spectacular. It gives you the feeling you can only get if you go to heaven.” And we’re pretty sure that’s exactly how it feels.
