A Home Movie Theatre

The Home Theatre could really be considered an actual movie house, and could also rival the best ones out there. According to Makowsky, “The home technology in this house is unrivaled. It’s a 40-seat indoor Dolby Atmos theater, with the largest Stewart screen they’ve ever made. It’s 25 feet wide.” And it’s already fully equipped with 7,000 movies, plus the 40 reclining chairs are made of plush Italian leather.

And just like the inconceivable home theatre, there is also a bar outside that sits 22 in pristine white chairs. Makowsky also believes that the television that sits in the center is the biggest of its kind that can be found in any house. Its actual measurements are 28 feet long by 7 feet tall. Makowsky shares, “In this house, we measure our TVs in feet not inches.” He also adds, “People spend over half their lives in their home. So when you’re home, it should be the ultimate oasis. You should enjoy every single entertainment feature you could have in one home.”
