Considering that the property mogul never planned on living inside the monstrous sized home, he sure did outfit it in a way that wouldn’t make you want to leave if you had the pleasure of owning it. The house, which is located at 924 Bel Air Road, is reported to have 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, a bowling alley, a home movie theatre, a massive swimming pool with a swim-up bar, an entire art collection of 130 pieces and a collection of cars and motorcycles worth $30 million as well. And as if that wasn’t enough, it even has a helicopter parked on the roof, although it’s not allowed to take off or land since there’s no permit. Still, it makes for a very impressive sight.

Before this colossal residence came into being, the most expensive house sold on the market was let go of for a staggering $195 million in Florida. And yet, this latest project is priced for much, much more than that, that it’s almost inconceivable. But then again, when you look into the minute and not-so-minute particulars that have gone into creating this luxury home, you may be agreeable to the gargantuan price tag.
