Catching A Break

On April 11, the remaining pieces were finally discovered dumped in a ditch. This time, it was the right arm, upper left arm, and a torso, all inside a large green suitcase. The only body parts that were never discovered were the victim’s hands. But what the killer probably didn’t count on was that investigators would be able to figure out who the victim was through his dental records.

Looking For ‘The Jigsaw Killer’

Police were hungry to find the killer, and find him fast. Although they weren’t sure what the motive was, they were fearful that he would put someone else through the same horrible death. The dental records would prove that the victim was missing person, Jeffrey Howe. And his ‘roommate,’ who also lived in his apartment, happened to be very close to where the last body parts were found.
