Dallas was requested to take a polygraph test, which he did. Unfortunately for him, he actually failed the test. Investigators explain, “And that was proof enough for her father to say, ‘This guy’s hiding something. This guy had something to do with it.” Victor even adds, “The detective told me that in all the years that he had been working cases, he’d never seen anybody fail a polygraph as bad as Dallas failed.” But despite all the speculation, the questions that were still brewing in the air were, ‘Who was telling the truth? And why did they want Evelyn dead in the first place?’
