It would seem that allowing Krebs to have early parole, caused him to go on to commit even more heinous crimes than what he had done 15 years before. Agent Zaragoza knew that he needed to find more clues to link Krebs to the two missing coeds, but he didn’t know where to start. All he had was a feeling that Krebs could possibly be responsible, so he started to look for the evidence he needed.
