Driving On I-95
Kate McClure happened to be driving down to Philadelphia’s Center City district one night in October all alone. She was on her way to meet a friend, and it was almost midnight while on highway I-95, when the worst possible thing that could happen, did. She was almost out of gas and she knew her car was going to stall if she didn’t load some soon.
