Mistaken identity
Waterford Police went to visit Dan Tillery and Diggy at home, inquiring about the sweet pooch’s personality. They were concerned that the friendly dog would be a threat to the safety of the township’s history with a certain breed: the pit bull. During the visit, Diggy welcomed the officers with his signature grin along with doggy kisses while they were taking his pictures. They left briefly but returned later, saying that Diggy was not welcome in Waterford.
