A few years before his fateful meeting with Dan Tillery, Mr. Wiggles was roaming the streets of Detroit, Michigan, homeless and without anyone to care for him. Life was tough for the four-legged hobo, wandering around the city and sleeping out in the cold. He noticed some people following him and watching his every move, as he ducked in and out of alleys. Little did he know what was to happen next.
