Dan Tillery did not take the accusations sitting down. He fought for his best friend, collecting documents from the Detroit Dog Rescue center certifying that Diggy was indeed an American Bulldog and not a Pit Bull like the police claim. The Detroit Dog Rescue center also showed a certification from a local Waterford veterinarian verifying that Diggy was indeed an American Bulldog.
