That combined with all the encouragement I was getting from my friends and cadre was what got me up and over the finish line.”

Humbled Beyond Compare

Capt. Cudd even shares that she doesn’t believe that she deserves so much praise for what she did. For her, this was also considering that so many others had completed the course and in a much better time frame than she did, but despite those emotions, she also felt incredibly “humbled” by all the attention she was getting because of it.
