A Break In The Case

In 1980, a young boy named Brian Ingram found a wad of decaying $20 bills rolled up by a creek he had been picnicking at with his parents. It was a total of $5,800, and amazingly, the serial numbers matched that of the bills that the FBI had released as the ransom requested by Cooper. But that would be one of the last clues that they would ever find. Endless theories came up about whom he was, what he knew and how he managed to pull off the most infamous airplane hijacking to date where the person got away with it.

Never Knowing The Truth

Years later, people are still interested to find out who exactly D.B. Cooper was and how he was able to plan the perfect crime. Because of his particular requests, his knowledge of the military grade parachutes, as well as the Boing airplane itself, many believed that he may have worked closely with the plane company itself. Plus scientists had even gone back to reevaluate his tie which had titanium particles on it, making the FBI also believe their theory that he may have worked with the Boeing company. Despite all of that, D.B. Cooper has still managed to elude not only the authorities, but every single other citizen on the planet until today.
