Aside from the fact that the woman’s body was somewhat burned, what was even stranger was that there were a number of items found strewn about the area where she lay. Alongside her, there was a passport that was also burned, clothes, and a bottle of St. Hallvards liqueur, which is local to Norway, as well as 2 bottles of gasoline and a packed lunch. Aside from all of that, there were pink sleeping pills called Fenemal, scattered all around.

Checking The Surroundings

What was first assumed to be the main reason behind her death, burning, what was actually found out during the autopsy was that the woman had swallowed over 50 sleeping pills. And once that was discovered, it was then assumed that the overdose was the real reason for her death instead. Strangely, it was also revealed that she had extreme carbon monoxide poisoning, plus she also had blunt force trauma to her neck. And, to make it even more curious, her fingerprints had been sanded off too. But, despite what to others may have seemed like a murder, was reported by the experts as a suicide.
