Gypsy pled guilty to second-degree murder for which she was given a 10-year sentence. Nick’s team, on the other hand, sought a second-degree murder charge because he was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome in the past. Both Gypsy and Nick are barred from ever communicating with each other.
