Awarding Him For His Bravery

When the authorities arrived at the scene, they couldn’t believe what had taken place. The police constable even shared, “We’re always complaining about our young people… but here is one young man who has really laid his life on the line for another. He is a real hero.” And because of his fearlessness, he saved a man’s life without a single thought to his own. Bravo young man, bravo!

Story Nine: The School Bus

13-year old Jeremy Wuitschick was a 7th grade student from Surprise Lake Middle School. He was riding inside a school bus with 15 other students, when the driver of their bus suddenly started acting very strangely, his arms waving all around like he was having some sort of seizure. According to Jeremy, “I knew something was wrong. It was pretty scary. I was just acting on instinct. It was all happening really quickly.” And to make matters worse, the driver proceeded to pass out.
