After a few weeks had passed, it was decided that the searches would only happen on the weekends. Sadly, it was believed that the couple may no longer be alive, although Rachel and Joseph’s families still hoped for the best. Even Detectives from the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s station remained steadfast in their investigation of the case.
