Not only were Rachel and Joseph embracing, but Rachel had a t-shirt wrapped around her head, seemingly being used as a bandage for an injury. According to one of Rachel’s family members, “Rachel possibly injured herself sliding down a cliff and Joseph went after her and took care of her.” But that wasn’t the worst of it.
