2. Heart Disorders

Some of the biggest sources of stroke related incidents have to do with heart disorders. Problems such as Atrial Fibrillation, which basically means ‘the heart is out of sync and the ventricles beat at different rhythms’ is one such factor. Another is Hard Arteries, which means the narrowing of your veins, making blood circulation more difficult with the possibility of blockage. Then of course there is also Coronary Heart Disease, which is the leading cause of heart attacks. For those that are suffering from any of these issues, they are at a much higher risk of having a stroke and should take precautionary measures to reduce their chances of having one.
