The Man Who Claimed To Have Some Answers

The once star athlete in IU had unfortunately gotten in deep with the drug and party scene of the school. During a bad drug mishap, Hamersley went out of his building completely naked except for a hat on his head and started shooting into a random house. He even shot at the police upon their arrival at the scene. He is now serving a 24-year sentence in prison for the incident.

The Missing Link?

One day while watching TV in jail, Hamersley was supposedly playing cards with another inmate when Lauren’s picture appeared on the screen. According to the other inmate, Hamersley turned to him and said, “Man, I knew the guys that did that.” He went on to say “She OD’d. It scared them. They didn’t know what to do with her and they took her down to the Ohio River and got rid of her, disposed of her body.” Until this day, no one knows if this story is true or not.
