David may have enjoyed being a millionaire, but he regretted never having been there to fight for Tiffani during that custody battle in Florida. It also seemed as if there would be no regrets between father and daughter as he apologized for everything that happened, and from there on out, David only wanted one thing. Being poor he could live with, but dying alone was the one thing he feared the most- and wistfully, die alone he did.
