Getting Answers From Know-It-Alls

Jeff recalls, “I found her half dead, lying on the sidewalk in the Florida sun, I posted pictures on Reddit that day and had a bunch of know-it-alls tell me she would die, because I am not an animal rehabber.” Possibly, this gave him more determination to nurse the small animal back to life, even without it’s nursing mama.

Naming Her Biscuits

Despite the negativity that he received regarding her recovery from the burning street, Jeff decided that he was going to do whatever he could to bring the puny squirrel back from the dead. He began by giving her the name ‘Biscuits.’ Biscuits was only around 1-inch long at the time, and was obviously going to become malnourished very quickly without her mommy if Jeff didn’t do something drastic.
