Trying To Call Them Both

Clint shares that at that time, he tried to call both Holly and Drew’s phones, but neither one picked up. Then his mom Karen called him again to ask what had happened, and Clint told her what he had seen. When Karen asked him to call 911 one more time, he did immediately, then without hesitation, he took one of his family’s guns and ran out to the woods to follow where Holly had gone. But it would seem that he would be too late.

By the time that Clint had reached the area where he had last seen Holly and whom now he would believe was a stranger, all he found was spots of blood left behind near Holly’s car. The blood was later on tested and found to be hers by forensics. And so began the search for Holly, her family never realizing that this was actually going to be the last day that anyone would ever see her alive.
