What Made Him Do It?

Devastatingly, it was said in Chris’s obituary that his depression, which was left uncontrolled, got the better of him causing him to kill his kids and himself. He was afraid that ‘they would grow up with similar mental health issues,’ making him think that killing them would be the better option.

His Obituary

As Chris’ obituary stated, ‘On Saturday morning, while not in his right mind, he did the unimaginable. After years of suffering with anxiety, depression set hold and Chris was unable to escape its clutch.’ And although he was painted as a hands-on, loving father, it explained that he just couldn’t get a grip on his depression demons.
