EVENTUALLY JAILED
Michael Warren was eventually sentenced to jail, but not for the murder of Marlene. Many were dismayed when this happened. He was convicted of racketeering and odometer tampering. He spent three and half years behind bars and was released in 1997. After that, the case went silent.
