In August of 2017, Sheriff Fred Newman of Washing County, Virginia, received a call from the cops from Palm Beach. They talked to him about the killer clown that may be in his neighborhood. Newman asked his deputies to look for Sheila Keen Warren. That’s when they found her and her husband.
