FURTHER INVESTIGATIONS
The Palm Beach investigators had known of the existence of a costume shop near Marlene Warren’s home. In fact, they talked to Deborah Offord and Barbara Castricone, the women who worked there. They discovered that a customer wanted to rent the costume the night before. And this might have been Sheila. More importantly, DNA evidence had pointed to the now Mrs. Warren as the main murder suspect. While the authorities have yet to disclose the main DNA evidence, they believe that this had been enough to push through with the charges.
