SEEING THE WHOLE THING
Neighbor Bill Kramer was out walking his dog when the incident happened. He heard the sound and to him, he likened the shot to a nail gun that the guys in construction often use. Then, people ran and said that Joey’s mother had been shot. In fact, it was Kramer’s wife who had called 911. Sadly, Marlene’s husband Michael hadn’t been around. Hence, it was the adults in the neighborhood who took Joey under their wing while they waited for him to come home.
