Obvious Murder

While it seemed that the couple didn’t make enemies, the crime scene revealed that this was definitely not a murder-suicide or a robbery gone awry. First of all, they still had all their belongings with them. Their wallets, keys, credit cards, and phones weren’t stolen. A thief would have had access to all their valuables soon after they were shot, but why was everything still in its place? This was definitely a planned murder.

Personal Reasons

The killer’s motives were personal when he or she shot the Connells. They were shot at close range and chances are, the shooter knew the couple quite well. So, they came up with a list of suspects. Who could have done this? They first gathered information about Olga’s ex-husband. However, evidence suggested that he wasn’t the one.
