Asking Him What Happened
The operator on the other line explained how he could actually hear someone ‘wailing in the background.’ Then when he asked the man what happened, he said, “I’m not sure, excuse me, hello, hello? What’s happened?” attempting to get Mark to explain. Mark goes on to say, “Somebody threw acid… somebody threw acid…” And when the neighbor asked who it was, Mark shared, “My ex. My ex,” supposedly becoming ‘hysterical’ when asked if she was still around.
Bringing Mark To The Hospital
When the paramedics arrived, Mark was in a terrible state. The acid that Wallace had poured on his face and partial body had dripped further down, burning whatever skin and body parts were in its path. Sulphuric acid, which is usually used to make fertilizers, detergents and the like, is highly dangerous when not handled properly. And Mark was covered in it.
