As some people would say it, Rowe was already a sandwich short of a picnic. He wasn’t always reasonable and he always was quirky, to put it mildly. He described himself as a hippie who believed in light, love, and positivity. He also said that since he was born under the Libra sign, he was well balanced as a person and would thrive well in relationships.
