After the strings of messages were read, the court believed that Rowe knows more than he’s letting on. These said messages provided enough of en evidence. In fact, one of his victims even told the court how Rowe was able to take care of him when he started showing signs of HIV. He said that the perpetrator knew exactly what to give him during this time.
