During the trial, the jurors saw how Rowe had taunted his victims. He texted one of them, “I have HIV. Lol. Whoops!” It seemed as if he was on a campaign in the Brighton area. His goal was to infect as many men as he was able to. And for four months, he went on a rampage that started on October 2015. He was even able to infect those who exercised extra caution when it came to sex.
