A Weekend Away

Webber ended up getting in touch with them and setting up a weekend getaway for Derek, his family and his best friend. All Cyndie wanted was ‘to make memories for her son,’ and the trip allowed him to feel like a kid again, staying in a hotel for the first time ever, as well as enjoying unlimited room service and arcade games. He even went to watch Webber play golf while his family looked on and videotaped him, wanting to catch every smile and laugh, knowing that he wouldn’t always be this happy, maybe ever again.
